摘    要:以大规模风电并网为背景,以实现有效接纳风电和低碳经济调度这两大目标为目的,在考虑到风电所具有的波动性和随机性的基础上,通过引入穿透因子,并对风电概率特性进行分析,提出一种将风电作为约束的经济调度模型。在此模型中,通过引入排放价格因子这一权重系数将原有的双目标优化问题转化为单目标优化问题,并在此基础上建立了一种兼顾经济高效和低碳环保的目标函数。本文以一个含9台常规燃煤机组和1个大型并网风电场的电力系统为例进行仿真分析,其数值结果验证了所提模型的有效性。

Abstract:With the penetration of large-scale wind power,in order to realize such purposes as the integration of wind power and low-carbon economic dispatching,based on the variability and randomness of wind power,a kind of an economic dispatching model with wind power as constraints is presented by introducing penetration factor and analyzing on the characteristics of probabilistic characteristics of wind power.In this model,the concept of emission price factor is introduced as weight coefficients to convert the primary double-objective optimization problem into a single-objective optimization problem,based on which the objective function that considers both economic benefits and environmental protection is built.The proposed economic dispatching method is tested on a power system with 9 thermal generators and 1 large-scale wind farm,and the results verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.
