电站锅炉制粉系统运行参数的优化

摘    要:介绍了采用正交设计法制订中储式制粉系统特性试验方案,同时针对应用实例论述了极差分析和方差分析两种不同的试验数据分析法对中储式制粉系统运行参数的优化.所介绍的方法具有试验工作量小、信息量丰富、实用可行等优点,对制粉系统的经济运行,降低厂用电具有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:It is presented that the orthogonal design method is adopted in the characteristic test scheme used for powder making system of middle storage\|type.Meanwhile in accordance with applied examples,it is also described that the operational parameters in powder making system are optimized by means of two different methods of testing data analysis,which is called rang analysis and variance analysis.The methods presented have many advantages,such as less amount of work,more amount of information,applicable and feasible etc.,and the have certain directive significances for both economical operation in powder making system and reduction of power consumption of the plant itself.
