| 摘 要： | 电价是电力市场的杠杆和核心内容。计算交易电价(包括上网电价、输电电价、销售电价、辅助服务电价等)是电力市场的重要内容。将区域电力市场的理论研究与我国电力工业改革发展现状相结合,介绍了适合我国国情的上网电价、输配电电价和销售电价定价原则和定价方法。

| Abstract: | It is clear that power price is the core content of power market and is deployed as leveraging it. Calculating transaction price, including generation price, transmission price, sale price and auxiliary service play a vital role on power market. This paper will introduce some pricing principles and methodologies that adapt to the domestic situation through combining the study on regional market with the development and reform status quo of the power industry in China. |
