多机电力系统发电机组最优变目标控制的研究

摘    要:在故障后系统新的平衡点在线预测的基础上,提出了一种新的发电机组励磁和调速相协调的最优变目标控制策略。它不仅能够最大限度地挖掘励磁调节器和调速器对系统暂态稳定的控制能力,而且利用发电机组的就地信息实现了分散预测与控制,便于工程应用。对一个3机9节点系统的仿真结果表明,在线预测方法总能够快速预测到最近的系统故障后新的平衡点,引导最优变目标控制系统快速收敛,而且对不同的网络结构和故障类型具有一定的自适应能力,提高了系统暂态稳定性,改善了系统的动态品质。

Abstract:Based on the novel decoupled observation approach of the post-fault equilibrium point considering generator mechanical input change, a coordinated optimal variable-aim control strategy of the generator excitation and governor has been proposed in this paper. Both potential abilities of the generator excitation and the governor can be taken advantage of in the maximum limits, and only the local information of the generator unit are needed in this observation approach and the control strategy, which makes the decoupled nonlinear control feasible and practical. Simulation results on a 3-machine 9-node power system show that, the proposed decoupled observation method of the post-fault equilibrium point has adaptive ability to different network and disturbance type, can always search and guide the power system with the optimal variable-aim controller to converge to the nearest post-fault equilibrium point, and improve the transient stability and dynamic performance of the whole power system to a great extent.
