配电管理系统的实用方案设计

针对配电网的实际情况和具体要求 ,提出了一种实用的配电管理系统(简称 DMS)设计方案。该 DMS设计方案总体包括 8个子功能管理系统。由于其实施信息的统一管理、分层共享和分布应用 ,不但使系统的信息便于维护、易于交互 ,而且在这种信息管理的模式下 ,用户还可在这 8个子功能系统的基础上 ,根据需要增加或减少某种子功能系统 ,使其可以应用到不同的环境中 ,体现了以往DMS无法实现的通用性。

Design Plan of Distribution Management System

A practicable design of DMS, including eight subsidiary function management systems is presented on the basis of the actual situations.This DMS can be easy to maintain and convenient for communicating with users due to its characteristics of the unified management. The information share at the function levels and the distributed application. The subsidiary systems can be added or reduced for different purpose and can be used in different environments .The generalization is better than existing DMS.
