摘    要:从永磁同步电动机绝缘系统的组成、绝缘系统的失效、绝缘系统的评价方法、局部放电等方面进行叙述和分析,对局部放电与电机线圈浸漆质量进行了进一步分析、研究和试验,提供一种分析局部放电与电动机线圈浸漆质量、探寻最佳浸漆工艺参数和水平的思路和方法,并对浸漆过程中部分影响浸漆质量水平的因素进行分析。对进一步优化永磁同步电动机绝缘系统的性能和质量具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:This paper introduces the composition of the insulation system of permanent magnet synchronous motor and insulation system failure mode and evaluating methods of the insulation system and its partial discharge which results in its failure, and further presents the research and experiment on partial discharge and quality of motor coil varnish impregnation, and provides the method of obtaining the best parameters and levels of motor coil varnish impregnation, and analyzes the mechanism of some factors and levels affecting the quality of varnish impregnation. All these further optimize the performance and quality of the insulation system of permanent magnet synchronous motor has certain reference value.
