燃煤电厂脱硝反应区结构设计分析

摘    要:选择性催化还原法(SCR)烟气脱硝在燃煤电厂得到了广泛应用。结合上海石洞口电厂的SCR烟气脱硝项目,阐述了燃煤电厂脱硝反应区的结构设计规律及特点。烟气流场优化和氨烟均匀混合等关键技术的掌握在实践中得到了验证,促进了烟气脱硝技术国产化向前迈进。

Abstract:Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR) flue gas denitrifiction has been widely installed in coal-fired power plant. By analyzing the SCR flue gas denitrification project of ShiDongKou power plant in Shanghai, expounds the rules and features of structure design of denitrifieation reaction district. Optimization for flue gas flow,mixing of ammonia with flue gas are verified in practice ,that develops flue gas denitrifiction technology for nationalization.
