电池化成充电技术的研究与探讨

摘    要:根据电极活性物质结构特点及其在化成充电过程中的反应特性,试验研究提高电池化成中的电流密度,缩短充电时间,实现快速化成。并通过实例,验证了提高电流密度对电池化成过程及电池性能的影响。

Abstract:According to the structural characteristics and the reaction characteristics of the active material in the formatting process, the current density during the container formation was increased and the charging time was shortened in the experiment, in order to realize the quick formation. And through an example, the effects of the increase of current density on the formation process and performance of lead-acid battery were verified.
