钙元素对铅钙合金强度的影响

摘    要:铅钙合金是铅酸蓄电池板栅的原材料,其强度、耐腐蚀性、浇铸性等直接影响蓄电池的质量。钙是最为重要的添加元素,本文通过研究钙元素对铅钙合金强度的影响,绘制了钙含量(质量分数为0.01%~0.2%)与铅钙合金强度的关系曲线,为铅钙合金配方的优化提供了数据基础。

Infl uence of calcium on lead calcium alloy

Abstract:Lead calcium alloy is a raw material used in the plate grids of lead-acid batteries, and its strength, corrosion resistance, castability have direct infl uence on the quality of the batteries. Calcium is the most important element to be added into the alloy. Through the study of the effect of calcium on the alloy strength, a relationship curve between the calcium content(0.01 %~0.2 %) and the strength of lead calcium alloy was plotted, and providing a data basis for the optimization of lead calcium alloy formula.
