炭及负极添加剂对铅炭电池循环寿命的影响研究

摘    要:本文通过负极炭材料及添加剂的正交设计,研究了混合动力车用铅炭电池的循环寿命,研究结果表明,硫酸对循环寿命的影响最大,腐殖酸对循环寿命的影响最小,循环寿命最大的负极添加剂配方是硫酸7.8%,活性炭0.9%,木素0.08%,碳纳米管0.8%,腐殖酸0.24%。

Study on the effects of carbon and negative additives on cycle life of lead-carbon battery

Abstract:Cycle life of lead-carbon batteries for hybrid electrical vehicles was studied by orthogonal design of carbon materials and additives in the negative plates. It is found that sulfuric acid has more effect on cycle life of lead-carbon batteries than that of humic acid has. The longest cycle life of batteries can be obtainedby use of a formula of negative additives containing 7.8 % sulfate, 0.9 % activated carbon, 0.08 % carbon nanotube and 0.24 % humic acid.
