摘    要:为了解决蓄电池组远程控制在线式核容放电的技术问题,设计了以主控制器为核心,调压装置、母联保护装置为主要组成部分的在线核容放电系统,并给出了远程控制的详细策略。在充电机输出端与直流母线之间串接可控调压装置,降低母线电压,达到蓄电池在线放电的母线电压条件。在交流停电时,由母联保护装置自动接入备用组电池,保障直流系统供电安全。并且,以可控馈网逆变器为放电负载,最终实现具有节能环保效果的蓄电池远程控制在线核容放电系统。

Abstract:In order to solve the technical problem of remote control on-line capacity check discharge of battery group, an on-line capacity check discharge system with the core of the main controller, voltage regulating device and bus switch protection device as the main components was designed, and the detailed strategy of remote control was given. A controllable voltage regulating device is connected between the output of the charger and the DC bus to reduce the bus voltage, so that the battery can be discharged online. When AC power failure occurs, the bus protection device automatically connects to the backup batteries to ensure the safety of DC power supply. Using controllable feedback-grid inverter as discharge loads, a remote control on-line capacity check discharge system that has the effect of energy saving and environmental protection was finally realized.
