纯铅、纯锡电极在硫酸溶液中的电化学行为比较

摘    要:采用循环伏安(CV)法、扫描电镜(SEM)法研究了纯铅、纯锡电极在硫酸溶液中的电化学行为。宽电位循环伏安法表明,纯锡电极上氧化还原峰电流远大于纯铅上的,随着循环次数的增加,纯铅电极上的氧化还原峰电流增大了,但纯锡电极上氧化还原峰电流随循环次数的增加变化不大;由负电位区循环伏安扫描可得,纯铅电极上氧化还原峰电流随循环次数的增加而减小,但纯锡电极上氧化还原峰电流却随循环次数的增大而增大;扫描电镜显示,纯铅和纯锡电极上阳极腐蚀膜的形貌明显不同,且纯铅电极阳极膜比较紧密,而纯锡阳极膜比较疏松。

Abstract:The electrochemical behaviors of pure lead and tin in sulfuric solution were studied by using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and scanning electron microscopy.Results showed by CV,in a potential range between 0 V and 1.8 V limited by the evolution of hydrogen and oxygen respectively,that both currents of oxidation and reduction peaks on lead electrode increased with the increase of cycle number,nevertheless,the change of current on tin was not significant.The results of CV in a limited potential range between 0 V and 1.8 V revealed that the currents of oxidation and reduction peaks on lead electrode decreased with the increase of cycle number,but the current on tin increased.It was shown by SEM that the anodic films of lead and tin were rather different,the anodic filmof lead was compact,but that of tin was loosen.
