灵活性切缸供热空冷系统抽真空管道改造设计

摘    要:为缓解火电厂发电利用小时少的问题,部分供热机组进行了灵活性切缸供热节能改造。为确保抽出更多高压蒸汽和低压乏汽用于扩大供热需求和提高灵活性调峰能力,机组需要在冬季更低设计背压3 kPa运行,已有机组的空冷系统抽真空管道不能满足要求,通过对抽真空系统在不同管段处的管径进行调整和方案组合,经阻力计算比较后,得出一组满足抽真空泵入口处压力需求的方案,以此确定出合理的抽真空系统管径和阻力范围,以供选用。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of less hours of power generation in thermal power plants,some heat-supply units have been retrofitted with flexible cylinder cutting for energy-saving.To ensure the extraction of more highpressure steam and low-pressure steam exhaust to expand heating demand and improve the flexibility of peak-shaving capacity,the unit needs to operate at a lower design backpressure of 3 kPa in winter,by adjusting the diameter of the tubes in different sections of the vacuum system and combining the schemes,the resistance calculation and comparison are carried out,a set of schemes to meet the pressure demand at the inlet of the vacuum pump are obtained,and the reasonable pipe diameter and resistance range of the vacuum pumping system are determined for selection.
