电力工程水资源论证中的生态需水

摘    要:要保证水资源可持续利用,必须保证生态需水。现在或将来在水资源论证中必须考虑生态需水。生态需水是一个新概念,国内外还没有统一的定义。如何计算生态需水成为电力工程水资源论中面临的问题。本文介绍生态需水的概念和国外计算方法。国外的计算方法可以分为4类:历史流量法、水力定额法、栖息地法和整体分析法。从使用角度看,在现阶段,我国一般地区具备历史流量法所需资料。通过实例说明在水资源论证中如何计算生态需水量,在考虑生态需水前后电厂可以利用水资源量的变化。

Ecological Water Requirements Argumentation of Water Resources in Electric Power Engineering Argumentation
Abstract:The ecological water requirements must be satisfied for substaible water use.Ecological water requirements must will be taken into account in water resources argumentation.Ecological water requirements is a new concept.The definition of ecological water requirements is not agree on.How to evaluate ecological water requirements is a problem in electric power engineering water resources argumentation.This paper introduce the concept of ecological water requirements and evaluation methods in foreign countries.These valuation methods in foreign countries can be classified as four types:historic flow methods,hydraulic rating methods,habitat rating methods,holistic methods.From use aspect,it is indicated that generally there are data that historic flow methods need in our country now.The Montana method of historic flow methods is introduced in detail.It is showed through a example that how to use Montana method in water resources argumentation,and it is indicated that electric engineering usable water resources vary after ecological water requirements are satisfied.
