| 摘 要： | 我国电力企业执行＂走出去＂战略,以EPC总承包模式进行工程建设兴起于近10年,而EPC合同法律审核是锁定海外项目、做出重要决策的重要环节之一。本文综合海外项目特点及法律审核原则,以国际通用的FIDIC条款为参照,探析法律审核中应关注的风险及防控措施。

| Abstract: | China electric enterprises have been acting as Contractor in Overseas Power Projects for more than 10 years, according to ＂Going abroad＂ strategy. Legal Counselor＇s advice on Overseas EPC Contract is essential for decision-making authority. This article, focusing on overseas projects features and legal counseling principles, analyses counselor＇s advice on how to prevent control risks in EPC contract, referring to FIDIC Conditions of Contract. system and pointed out 9 developing countries that need more power grid construction and transformation. |
