| 摘 要： | 充分考虑建设节约型社会,在电力能源策略及火电厂设计中贯彻国家《节约能源法》及《节能技术大纲》的要求,以资源利用最佳、能源消耗最低、环境污染最小为目标,提出并讨论建设符合可持续发展战略的现代火力电厂在工程设计方面一些节能减排的主要途径。
