| 摘 要： | 如今,全球正处于一场以低碳经济为主的能源革命中,世界主要发达国家纷纷把发展智能电网作为抢占未来低碳经济制高点的重要战略措施,掀起了一场智能电网的建设热潮。本文通过国内外的能源发展战略和智能电网的发展形势,结合电力设计咨询行业的自身行业特点,论述了电力设计咨询行业如何抓住智能电网建设的机遇,布局谋划,发挥设计咨询企业在电网建设中的龙头作用,着力推动能源革命的快速发展,以行业产品及服务的全面提升推进智能电网的建设。
