| 摘 要： | 现代电网规模大,结构复杂,电网调度误操作给电网乃至社会造成的影响和损失十分严重.这里通过对电网调度误操作的原因分析,提出提高调度人员安全意识和业务素质,完善调度技术资料管理制度是从根本上防止误操作事故的基础工作.并以此形成可行的电网调度安全预控方案.

| Abstract: | Owing to the large scale and complicacy of mordern power grid, despatch mis-operation will arouse serious impact and loss in power grid and society as well. Here through analyzing the causes of various mis-operations, it shows that to enhance the technical quality and safety conscentiousness of the despatchers, improve the management system of despatch technical materials, are the fundamental works to prevent the happening of mis-operation. Basing on these, a workable anticipate control scheme to ensure power grid despatch safety is formed. |
