| 摘 要： | 面向点技术的传统规约向面向对象技术的IEC61850的转换,是网络技术发展的必然趋势。这里结合广州番禺供电局的运行实际,以CDT规约作为传统规约的代表,IEC61850标准的实现为基础,探讨了CDT规约向IEC61850转换理论。并设计一个转换网关应用串口通信,信息建模以及XML等技术实现其转换过程。
