| Abstract: | This paper introduces zero-sequence current pick-up and relay distribution in power system grounding with low resistance. Combined engineering practice in china and abroad, the application scheme of transformer differential relay is put forward. Finally, analyze the relay notice of distributing generating in power system grounding with low resistance. |
