新基建负荷与光伏接入下配电网可开放容量评估及优化

摘    要:随着新基建概念的提出,以5G基站、电动汽车为代表的新型负荷大规模接入城市电网中,对电网的安全与经济运行产生了显著影响。为了评估城市电网对新基建负荷的容纳能力,提出一种基于负荷增长需求与配网承载能力的配电网可开放容量评估方法,该方法在新基建负荷及分布式能源接入条件下计算各负荷节点所能增供负荷的总额作为可开放容量。在考虑电压、潮流等约束的条件下,采用二阶锥松弛方法实现模型的快速优化求解。此外,考虑到分布式光伏接入位置和顺序对可开放容量的影响,将以可开放容量最大为目标按照动态规划的方法进行求解,对分布式光伏的并网位置进行优化。在某地区配电网网格中进行了仿真分析,结果表明,所提方法可以有效评估城市配电网网格的可开放容量水平,并通过调整分布式光伏的接入位置实现了可开放容量的动态优化。

Evaluation and optimization of available capacity of distribution network under new infrastructure load and photovoltaic access

Abstract:With the proposal of the new infrastructure concept, new loads represented by 5G base stations and electric vehicles are connected to the urban power grid on a large scale, which has a significant impact on the safety and economic operation of the power grid. In order to evaluate the capacity of urban power network to accommodate the new infrastructure load, a method for evaluating the open capacity of distribution network based on load growth demand and distribution network carrying capacity is proposed. this method calculates the total amount of increased load of each load node as the open capacity under the condition of new infrastructure load and distributed energy access. Considering the constraints of voltage and power flow, the second-order cone relaxation method is used to solve the model. In addition, considering the influence of the location and sequence of distributed photovoltaic access on the open capacity, the grid-connected position of distributed photovoltaic will be optimized according to the dynamic programming method. The simulation analysis is carried out in a regional distribution network grid, and the results show that the proposed method can effectively evaluate the open capacity level of urban distribution network grid, and realize the dynamic optimization of open capacity through the orderly access of distributed photovoltaic.
