基于DSP的无位置传感器无刷直流电机锁相稳速控制

摘    要:介绍了一种无位置传感器无刷直流电机的锁相稳速控制系统.该系统以TI公司的TMS320LF2407A为核心控制芯片,采用反电势过零点检测法获得转子位置,通过外同步变频起动和锁相稳速控制方法分别实现了陀螺电机的启动和稳速控制.试验结果表明,用该方法控制电机起动速度快,转矩脉动小,稳速精度高.该系统已成功用于陀螺电机中.

Abstract:A fixed-speed control of no-position sensor brushless DC motor strategy based on phase-locked logic is presented in this paper,which is successfully used in the gyro.The core of the system is TMS320LF2407A made by TI,the motor obtains the signal of rotor position by testing the Back-EMF;gets started by variable frequency and fix-speed running by forming a close-loop with the method of phase-licked logic(PLL).Experiment results show that the motor in this system can achieve the good performance of quick start,low torque ripple and high-precise running.
