田口法在永磁同步电机多目标优化设计的应用

摘    要:针对某电动物流车用永磁同步电机的齿槽转矩和转矩脉动较大,以及电机效率与转矩密度较低这一问题,提出一种基于田口法的某物流车用永磁同步电机多目标优化设计方法。通过选取气隙长度δ、永磁体厚度hm、定子铁心内径Di1、定子齿宽bt2和槽口宽b02等5个参数作为优化因子,以电机最高效率、最小齿槽转矩、最大转矩密度三个参数为优化目标,采用田口法建立正交实验表进行性能指标优化,以得到最佳结构参数组合。正交实验与仿真结果表明,优化后的齿槽转矩减小70.4%,转矩脉动降低12.4%,电机最高效率及转矩密度分别增加了7.8%和17.5%,体现出所提方法的有效性,并通过试验证明仿真结果的真实性。

Abstract:In view of the problem that the cogging torque and torque ripple of PMSM for an electric logistics vehicle are large, and the motor efficiency and torque density are low, a multi-objective optimization design method of PMSM for a logistics vehicle based on Taguchi method is proposed.. Through the selection of the air gap length δ, permanent magnet thickness hm, stator core diameter Di1, stator tooth width slit width b02 bt2 and five parameters as optimization factors, such as with maximum efficiency, minimum motor cogging torque, maximum torque density as the optimization goal, taguchi method is adopted to establish the orthogonal experiment table to optimize performance and to get the best structure parameters combination. The results of orthogonal experiment and simulation show that the optimized cogging torque is reduced by 70.4%, the torque ripple is reduced by 12.4%, the highest efficiency and torque density of the motor are increased by 7.8% and 17.5% respectively, which shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.
