混合式步进电机SPWM微步驱动技术的研究

摘    要:提出软硬件结合的数字模拟控制技术实现电流追踪型混合式步进电机SPWM微步驱动,使混合式步进电机各相电流接近正弦波,以得到准同步交流电动机的圆形旋转磁场,大大削弱了步进工况,同时使该驱动电源能和于数字伺服调速系统。

Abstract:A new method using SPWM(the style of traced current)to realize adjustable microstep driving stepping motor is reported in this article. The method makes current in each phase similar to sine wave and emulates round rotation magnetic field of synchronous motor. It also gets rid of motor's stepping state greatly.What's more, this driving supply can be applied to the digital control system for wide range speed adjusting effect.
