摘    要:单电阻电流采样算法已在电机控制领域应用,采样电路结构较传统采样电路简单,运用的电子元件相对少一些,可以节省成本提高公司的效益,但此种电流采样方式在低调制区域及临界过渡区域由于IGBT开关动作引起的电机电流纹波抖动而引起的电流重构失效引起电流畸变问题,此种问题在电机高频容易引起IPM模块保护而停机,.5HP空调系统上进行了上基于DSP-28034的一套永磁同步电机驱动的主板测试系统,系统实验结果进一步验证了此方法的正确性与先进性,同时对在驱动中小功率压缩机及风机等领域的企业有很强的实践指导意义。

Abstract:The single-resistance current sampling algorithm has been applied in the field of motor control. The sampling circuit structure is simpler than the traditional sampling circuit. It uses relatively fewer electronic components, which can save costs and improve the company’s benefits. However, this current sampling method is in the low modulation area and critical transition In this area, the failure of current reconstruction caused by the jitter of the motor current ripple caused by the IGBT switching action causes the current distortion problem. This problem can easily cause the protection of the IPM module and shutdown at the high frequency of the motor. For this, a low cost and high reliability is proposed. Ripple compensation control technology solves the problem of motor current reconstruction failure and current distortion caused by ripple caused by IGBT switching in the low modulation area and critical transition area of current sampling. At the same time, it is implemented on the 1.5HP air conditioning system. Based on DSP-28034 a set of permanent magnet synchronous motor-driven mainboard test system, the system experiment results further verify the correctness and advancement of this method, At the same time, it has strong practical guiding significance for enterprises in the fields of driving small and medium power compressors and fans.
