永磁悬浮主动驱动质量系统的支撑特性及应用

摘    要:本文提出了一种永磁悬浮主动驱动质量机构,设计了其结构,它具有无接触、无摩擦、体积小等优点。针对永磁悬浮主动驱动质量机构,分别设计了单向永磁铁和双向永磁铁悬浮系统,并建立了它们的解析模型。通过分析并计算单向和双向永磁铁悬浮系统的磁力,推导出悬浮系统对质量块的支撑系数。在理论分析的基础上,用ANSYS MAXWELL 3D对结构进行了仿真验证,确定了解析模型理论计算的正确性和进一步优化结构的方法。最后,制作了试验装置并开展了试验。试验结果表明,本文双向永磁铁悬浮系统所用20mm*12mm*6mm永磁铁,最大能对质量块提供大约360N悬浮力,验证了永磁悬浮主动驱动质量系统的可行性。

Abstract:In this paper, a kind of permanent magnet suspension active mass drive mechanism is proposed, and its structure is designed. It has the advantages of no contact, no friction, small volume and so on. Aiming at the active driving mass mechanism of permanent magnet suspension, the suspension systems of unidirectional permanent magnet and bi-directional permanent magnet are designed respectively, and their analytical models are established. By analyzing and calculating the magnetic force of the unidirectional and bi-directional permanent magnet suspension system, the support coefficient of the suspension system to the mass block is deduced. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the structure is simulated and verified by ANSYS MAXWELL 3D to determine the correctness of the theoretical calculation of the model and the method to further optimize the structure. Finally, the test device was made and the experiment was carried out in the laboratory. The test results show that the 20mm*12mm*6mmNdFeBpermanent magnet used in the bi-directional permanent magnet suspension system can provide 360N suspension force for the mass block to the maximum, which verifies the feasibility of the permanent magnet suspension active drive mass system.
