无刷直流电机自抗扰控制系统建模和仿真

摘    要:无刷直流电机是一个多变量、强耦合的非线性系统,经典PID控制器难以满足控制系统的性能要求。文中根据无刷直流电机的特点,提出了基于自抗扰控制器的无刷直流电机控制系统,建立了控制系统的仿真模型,并进行了仿真研究。结果表明,自抗扰控制器对无刷直流电机模型的不确定性和外部扰动变化具有较强的适应性和鲁棒性,能较好地满足控制系统的动态性能要求,不失为实际工程中一种较好的控制方案。

Abstract:As a brushless DC motor is a nonlinear system of more variables and strong coupling,classical PID controller can hardly fulfill the performance requirements of brushless DC motor control system.Based on the mathematical model of the brushless DC motor,a new strategy for brushless DC motor control system has been proposed in this paper and establishes the model of brushless DC motor.The simulation results have shown that the controllers achieve very good robustness under modeling uncertainty and external disturbances and meet the requirements of dynamic performance commendably.Thus a new way of brushless DC motor control system was provided for actual engineering applications.
