| 摘 要： | 节能发电调度以节能、环保为目标,优先调度可再生和清洁发电资源,四川作为水电多发省,提高水能利用率也成为四川省节能调度的任务之一.通过选取能反映水电站运行效益的指标,建立基于数据包络分析法(DEA)的评估模型来评估节能调度前后水电站的综合效益,以评价水电企业节能调度的成效.算例对水电企业实例进行分析计算,验证了该评价方法...

| Abstract: | The end of energy-saving dispatching is to save energy and protect environment which can dispatch the renewable and clean energy preferentially.To improve the waterpower utilization is one of the energy-saving dispatching targets in Sichuan.By selecting some indexes which could reflect the operation benefit of hydropower station,the evaluation model based on data envelopment analysis（DEA） is established to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of hydropower station,which could evaluate the achievements of energy-saving dispatching in hydropower enterprise.The case study shows that this evaluation method is intuitionistic in results and has some practical value. |
