基于工程模型的光伏建模与输出特性仿真

摘    要:基于光伏电池的工程模型,在Matlab/Simulink仿真环境下,搭建了光伏阵列仿真模型,可模拟仿真给定光伏模块参数、光伏阵列串并联方式、外界环境变化下的光伏阵列特性曲线,并具有最大功率跟踪功能,其中采用考虑外界环境因素变化的恒电压控制方法,方法简单易行。该模型有较好的通用性,为光伏发电系统的研究提供了仿真模型和平台。
