摘    要:为了解决外送型电网大功率外送时联络线故障跳闸造成孤网高频的隐患,提高电网的频率稳定性,首先阐述了孤网高频问题及危害,然后针对性地提出了4种措施:切机、快速调节汽门、快速切辅机( runback,RB)和快速切负荷(fast cut back,FCB),对比分析每种措施的效果及对电网和发电厂的影响.并通过仿真分析,验证了...
