梯级水电站联合调度AGC的研究

摘    要:以宝兴河梯级开发为背景,基于梯级水电站联合调度AGC系统,阐述了如何根据机组水头、区间流量、生态流量变化实现梯级水电站联合调度AGC,并提出了相应的计算机监控系统的程序设计方案。开展了厂站、集控、省调三方联调试验,提高了水能利用效率。

Abstract:Based on the cascade development of Baoxing river and AGC system of joint scheduling of cascade hydropower stations,how to realize the AGC of joint scheduling of cascade hydropower stations is described according to the variation of unit head,interval flow and ecological flow,and the corresponding programming scheme for computer monitoring system is proposed. The joint scheduling test of plant station,centralized control center and provincial dispatching center is carried out,which improves the water utilization.
