摘    要:目前,虽然青藏铁路已经通车试运行,但其输电系统方面仍然存在不少问题。西藏段35 kV输电线路由于长距离输电而造成电压波动过大,并存在谐波、过电压、电压闪变等问题,其中电压波动大、过电压问题影响较为严重。考虑到今后青藏铁路运行对供电可靠性和稳定性的要求,根据存在的问题,经过分析提出了配置动态无功补偿装置的可能性建议,并通过仿真加以证明其可行性。

Abstract:Presently, the Qinghai- Tibet Railway has already been open to traffic, but there are still some problems on its transmission system. The voltage of 35 kV transmission line on Tibet section fluctuates greatly due to long distance, and at the same time, harmonic, overvoltage and voltage flicker also happen, among which voltage fluctuation and overvoltnge have a great influence on its normal operation. In view of the reliability and stability of power supply which is necessary for the normal operation of Qinghai - Tibet Railway, the possible suggestions on dynamic reactive power compensation device are presented based on the analysis of existing problems as mentioned above. Meanwhile, its feasibility is also testified through simulation.
