配电网合环安全性分析系统的应用及改进

为了保证重要用户的不间断供电，提高城市配电网的供电可靠性，10kV配电线路能否带电倒负荷操作这一问题日益突出，为此联合科研院校共同开发了配电网合环安全性分析系统。详细介绍了配电网合环安全性分析系统的原理及功能，并以乌鲁木齐电业局110kV铁西变多条10kV配电线路合环倒负荷操作进行了实际验证，将配电网合环安全性分析系统的计算结果、电力系统分析综合程序PSASP计算结果与实际电流分别进行了比较，找出了差异，分析了原因，提出了配电网合环安全性分析系统的改进方向，使该系统更接近与实际系统，为电网10kV配电线路合环操作的优化和安全奠定了基础。

Application of Security Analysis System to Closed Loop of Distribution System and Its Improvement

In order to guarantee the uninterrupted power supply of the important consumers and increase the reliability of urban power grid, the problem of closed -loop operation has been prominent in 10 kV distribution networks. The closed -loop analyzing system for distribution network is developed by Urumqi Electricity Company and the cooperation colleges. The principle and the function of the system are introduced, and it is verified by the closed - loop operation in several 10 kV distribution lines of Tiexi substation. By comparing the calculation results of the closed - loop analyzing system and the calculation results of PSASP with the actual current, the differences are found out and the reasons are analyzed. The improvement direction of the closed -loop analyzing system is proposed, which can make the closed -loop operation safer and more excellent.
