| Abstract: | Aiming at the commissioning of monitoring and control system of 110 kV Beichuan Smart Substation,the characteristics of 110 kV Beichuan Smart Substation and the commissioning of monitoring and control system in each stage are described.Moreover,several failures and problems encountered during the commissioning of smart substation are analyzed,and the resolutions are concluded and proposed for the failures and problems of testing work. |
