Failure Time-Series Prediction Theory Study for AC Contactor's Electrical Parameters

Introduction was made to the failure modes and failure mechanism of AC contactor and analysis on contact resistance under failure modes had been made qualitatively. Study was carried out to confi rm static contact voltage and contact bouncing time as electrical parameters for failure prediction of AC contactor. Combined time-series analysis with mathematical statistics basic theory, electrical contact failure prediction model of AC contactor has been established.
