电容器连接件过热试验研究

摘    要:为探索电容器存在连接组件过热的根本原因,通过建立接触不良物理模型,分别从接触电阻变化和放电两方面进行试验研究,并且比较了不同类型负载的影响。研究结果表明:接触电阻随接触间隙的增大先线性增加,后呈指数形式增加;在同等条件下,容性电路的放电次数更多,接触放电所产生的温升较正常接触高得多。

Experimental Study of Overheating on Capacitor Fittings
Abstract:In order to explore the primary cause of overheating for capacitor fittings, this paper established a bad contact physical model to carry out experimental study from the change and discharge of contact resistance and compared the influence of different load types. The re-searched results show that the contact resistance has a right ascension first and then index increase with the increase of contact gap. On an equal footing, the capacitive circuit has more discharge times, and the temperature rise of contact discharge is much more than normal contact.
