低压智能断路器中的单片机系统电磁兼容分析

摘    要:介绍了低压智能断路器中的单片机系统电磁兼容的试验项目和电磁干扰对断路器单片机系统的主要影响,分析了切换瞬态过程的各种类型瞬变骚扰源的抗干扰能力,静电放电抗干扰能力及单片机硬件、软件抗干扰能力,并提出抗干扰解决措施。设计系统软、硬件时,只有二者兼顾,相互结合、补充才能达到较好的抗干扰效果。

Abstract:Introduction was made to the test items of single chip machine system EMC in low-voltage intelligent circuit-breakers and main impacts of electrical and magnetic interference on single chip machine system of circuit-breakers. The anti-interference of various kinds of instantaneous interference sources in the process of switching instantaneous state, anti-interference of static discharge anti- interference degree etc and anti-interference capability of single chip machine hardware and software were analyzed. Anti-interference solution measures were raised. While system software and hardware were designed, only compatibility for the both, combination and supplement mutually can achieve better anti-interference effects.
