摘    要:磁集成技术可减小磁件体积,提高功率密度,减小电流纹波,已经成为电力电子技术发展的一个重要方向.以不对称半桥倍流整流电路为例,介绍了磁集成电路的分析方法、工作原理,并给出了设计集成磁件的一般步骤.通过设计一个不对称半桥磁集成电路验证了磁集成技术的优点.

Abstract:The magnetics integration technology can reduce the size of magnetic core, raise power density and suppress current ripple, which has become an important development direction for power electronics. Taking asymmetrical half bridge double current rectifying circuit as an example, introduction was made to the analysis method, working principle of the magnetics integration circuit, and general procedures for design of integrated magnetics were given out. Via design of an asymmetrical half bridge magnetics integrated circuit, verification of advantages of magnetics integration technology had been made.
