“美式箱变”在实际应用中的一些问题

虽然“美式箱变”有着散热效果好,占地面积小、造价低、全绝缘,全封闭,免维护,防护等级高,不受外界环境影响等优点,已被广泛应用,但因存在绝缘油受分断电弧炭化,使变压器绝缘性能恶化,和转换环网负荷开关造成短时断电,影响用户。文章就10kV配电系统,中性点不接地系统一相断电,变压器低压侧电压不平衡而引起设备故障,以及无法实现自动化功能等问题,而提出改进意见。

Some Problems in Application of "U.S. Box Transformer Station"

U.S. box transformer station " has found wide application due to its a lot of advantages such as good heat diapersing results, less occupied area,low cost,all-insulation, all-seal, maintenance free, higher degree of protection,and free of environmented influence,etc.But the transformer deteriorates in its insulating properties because of carbonation of insulation oil by the action of breaking arc;the switching ring network load switch could lead to a short power failure and affect users; power failure of 10KV distribution system and neutral point ungrounded system,as well as voltage unbalance on LV side of a transformer,could lead to equipment failure;failure to realize automation;the auther puts forward some comments on improvement,giving a reference to readers.
