摘    要:随着国内电气产品的“国际化”发展,相关IEC标准不断被引入、消化、吸收,其中安全性能的相关标准及要求得到越来越多的关注和重视。通过对相关标准的分析理解,结合实验室操作实际,针对产品电击防护、着火危险、相比电痕化指数等试验项目进行研究,为开展继电保护安全性能试验及评估奠定了基础,为相关产品安全设计提供了依据。

Safety Performance Assessment of Power System Relay Protection

Abstract:With development of "internationalization" of domestic electrical products, the relevant IEC standards are constantly introduced, digested and absorbed. The relevant standards and requirements of safety performance are being more and more concerned. Through the understanding of the relevant standards, combining with actual operation of the laboratory, some research work on protection against electric shock testing, fi re hazard testing, comparative tracking index testing etc were carried on. Laying the foundation for proceeding tests and assessments on safety performance of power system relay protection and providing the basis for safety-design of related products.
