摘    要:设计了一个具有多路采集和传输功能的数据采集系统,此系统采用上下位机的方式,上位PC机通过查询的方式与下位机进行通信,以接收下位机的数据,并对数据进行分析和处理;单片机和TLC1543芯片组成的下位机负责数据的采集、模数转换及传送。实验表明,该系统具有占用资源少、可靠性高、采样精度高、容易扩展、性价比高等优点。

Abstract:A data acquisition system with the function of multiplex transmission was designed,which implemented the communication between master and serve using serial communication protocol. Master,the industry PC,received data from serve by inquiry,analyzing and disposing the data. Serve composed of MCU and TLC1543 took charge of data collection,A/D conversion and transmission.
