摘    要:与传统的两电平变换器相比,多电平变换器输出电平数增加,输出波形阶梯增多,更加接近目标调制波。分析了三相三电平三开关VIENNA整流器的工作原理,介绍了电路的实现方法,给出了主电路及采样电路的设计。搭建了一个800 W的实验平台,利用TMS320F2812 DSP来实现控制算法。实验结果表明,所设计的电路能满足预定的要求,在工业控制中应用前景广阔。

Design and Realization of Three-Phase/Level/Switch (VIENNA) Rectifier

Abstract:Compared with the traditional two-level converter, the output level number of multi-level converter increases and the out- put waveform ladder increases, so it is more close to the target modulated waves. This paper analyzed the working principle of a three- phase/level/switch (VIENNA) rectifier, discussed the implementation of the circuit, and introduced the design of the main circuit and sampling circuit in detail. An 800 W experimental platform was built. TMS320F2812 DSP was used to realize the control algorithm. Ex- perimental results show that the designed circuit can meet the preconcerted requirements in possession of wide prospect for application of industrial control.
