摘    要:用粉末冶金的方法制备了含金属间化合物Fe3Al的Cu基电触头复合材料,研究了Fe3Al对其力学性能、电性能及抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明,添加适量Fe3Al可使复合材料具有较高的电导率、优良的抗氧化性和抗熔焊性以及良好的力学性能,能够取代Ag基电接触复合材料,达到节Ag的目的。

Abstract:Copper based electric contact compound materials with Fe3Al were produced by powder metallurgy.And the influence of adding Fe3Al on the mechanics,electric performance and antioxidation of copper based electric contact compound materials was discussed.It is found that compound materials with proper Fe3Al process well electric conductivity,excellent oxidation resistance,melting-welding resistance and mechanics.Therefore,these materials can replaced based silver electric contact compound materials to decrease producing cost.
