摘    要:采用真空熔炼、挤压和冷拉拔工艺试制弥散强化型银基稀土电触头材料——Agce合金线材。研究了材料的热处理和冷拉拔工艺及弥散强化机理,对材料的机械性能进行了测试。结果表明,本研究试制的AgCe合金线材制造工艺简单,并具有优良的加工性能。

Abstract:The dispersion-strengthened silver-based alloy wire, were manufactured by vacuum melting, cesses of heat treatment and cold drawing and the were studied.And their mechanical properties were rare earth contact material AgCe extrusion and cold drawing. The promechanism of dispersion strengthening tested.The result show that the manufacture process of AgCe wire is simple, and has good formability
