汽车起动器触点通断过程燃弧时间试验研究

摘    要:分别利用RC并联电路和RL串联电路模拟汽车起动器的通断过程,测试了不同闭合浪涌电流和不同电源电压条件下的闭合燃弧时间和分断燃弧时间。试验结果表明,闭合燃弧时间明显小于分断燃弧时间;分断燃弧时间随分断电弧能量的增加而单调增加。

Abstract:The parallel KC and series KL circuits were used to simulate the loads of automotive starter, and the make and break arc durations were measured under different surge current and different supply voltage. Experiment result shows that arc duration is much lower in making than in breaking; the breaking arc duration is increased monotonously with the increase of arcing ener- gy in breaking.
