基于非晶态合金的磁场传感器的研究

摘    要:介绍了钴基非晶态合金带的磁特性,论述了以非晶态合金为磁芯的磁场传感器的基本结构与工作原理,对传感器检测探头及信号处理电路进行了设计,给出了传感器输出特性部分测试结果。并将非晶态合金磁场传感器与半导体磁场传感器在灵敏度、线性测量范围和温度稳定性等方面进行了比较,得出了一些结论,适合于弱磁场信号检测并具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:The magnetic characteristics of Co-based amorphous alloy tape are presented. The structure and principle of the magnetic sensor based on amorphous alloy core are described. The probe and the signal processing circuit are designed. The sensor output characteristics are tested. The sensitivity, measurement linear range and temperature stability of amorphous alloy sensor are compared with the semiconductor sensor, and the conclusions are given. The amorphous alloy sensor can work in any weak magnetic field and has certain practical values.
