电动汽车直流费控表中CAN通信模块的设计与实现

摘    要:为了满足专门为国网推行的电动汽车新能源供给模式和运营模式设计的电动汽车费控直流表与电动汽车进行通信的需求,设计了直流费控表的CAN通信单元。设计的通信模块用于与电动汽车通信,进行数据的读写,或者通过USB/CAN转换器与上位机通信,对电动汽车用电情况进行统计、分析和处理。实际测试结果表明,本文研发出的CAN通信模块完全满足汽车直流费控表的通讯要求。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of communications between charging control DC meters and electric vehicles which is designed for new energy supply and operating model of electric vehicle implemented specifically for the state grid,this paper designs the CAN communication unit of charging control DC meters.The design of the communication module is used for communication with electric vehicles,such as reading and writing data,communication with the upper machine through the USB/CAN converter,and making statistics,analysis and processing of the electric vehicles electricity consumption.The actual test results show that the CAN communication module developed in this paper fully meet the communication requirements of the charging control DC meters.
