摘    要:基于图像的测量技术具有测量精度高、动态范围大、灵活性好等优点,如今已广泛被用在几何尺寸测量领域.亚像素定位是其中一项关键的技术,可实现对目标优于整像素精度的定位.针对普通多项式插值亚像素定位法丢失了边缘点的方向信息,造成计算精度下降的缺点,提出了基于改进的Sobel边缘检测插值法,并将其应用到电缆护套材料的厚度图像测量系统中,使插值算法进行亚像素定位后的边缘坐标更加符合实际边界的情况,实现了精确快速的测量.

Abstract:Image measurement technology has been widely used in geometry measurement field because of its high accuracy,large dynamic range and good flexibility. Sub-pixel positioning is one of the key technologies which can achieve positioning better than entire pixel accuracy.
