摘    要:并行测试技术已成为未来测试领域的主要研究对象,而并行测试的最终目的是在完成同等测试的情况下,尽可能使用最少的测试时间和测试资源。在确保高精度同步触发的前提下,采用多种测试仪器对不同种类的测试信号同时并发测试是实现并行测试的一种理想方法。根据并行测试系统实际要求的不同,可采用LXI(LAN Extensions for Instrumentation)硬件触发总线机制、基于LAN同步的触发机制和基于IEEE1588精确时间协议的同步机制。通过测试前的触发信号延时校准调节,这三种触发方式的触发精度可以有很大提高。

Abstract:Technologies of parallel test have become the major study object in future test field,however the ultimate aim of parallel test is to use the test time and test re- sources as least as possible in completing the same test.To test different kinds of sig- nals concurrently by using multi-bus instruments with high-precision synchronous trig- gering will be a good way to realize parallel test.The LXI hardware trigger bus mech- anism,the LAN-based synchronous triggering mechanism and synchronous mechanism based on IEEE1588 precise time protocol can be chosen according to different actual requirements of parallel test system.The triggering precision of the three triggering modes can be greatly improved by means of time delay calibration of triggering signals before test.
