| 摘 要： | 本文先分析了当前电能计量中的缺陷，提出了用基于瞬时无功功率理论的改进法进行谐波测量，着重介绍了用ip-iq法测量基波、谐波电流的具体方法。试验结果表明，该方法能在各种工况下准确、迅速地检测出各次谐波含量，达到分别计费的目的。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the fault in electric energy measurement, proposes a new method based on the advanced ip-iq, method and introduces the method by using advanced ip-iq to measure the fundamental wave and harmonic current. The experiment has shown that this method can detect the content of harmonic accurately and quickly at all conditions, and it obtains the purpose of fee counting partly. |
